Dāna

Dāna is a pali word which translates as giving/generosity/donation.

Dāna is central to Buddhist practice. Letting go of the material possessions that we cling to is an important first step in mastering the art of letting go, which leads to deep happiness and peace. The trick to cultivating dāna is to give without expectation of anything in return.

Some of my work is done as dāna. For those who find value in it, and wish to express gratitude and cultivate dāna of their own, they can use the button below to make a donation.

Please note, donations are not expected for any work done as dāna, they are accepted with gratitude.
