An organisation can attempt to solve its problems at 3 levels:

1. The surface - most organisations focus most if not all energy here. They're the obvious questions: How do we generate more revenue? What should be our next product offering? How should we structure our next campaign?

2. The interpersonal - this level is trickier to resolve. But improvement at this level flows up to the surface very quickly: How are we communicating? How to we relate to each other? What are we not saying to other key members of our team?

3. The personal - trickier and perhaps more importantly, scarier still. But when tackled head on, interpersonal challenges can be resolved with ease, and answers to surface level problems arise with clarity. For leaders, allocating resources to this level is essential for great success if you're seeking meaning, and not just profit from your work: How am I showing up for my team? What's lurking below the surface and influencing my decisions without my knowledge? What am I afraid of?

With a diverse background as a business owner, somatic therapist, organisational leader and Buddhist practitioner I'm able to bring unique insight to levels 2 and 3 as outlined above. When done skillfully, this process is incredibly clarifying for leaders and lays a foundation for great success.
