My name is Scott Edwards. I'm a body worker.
My approach doesn't neatly fit into any existing category so I gave it a name: Contact Therapy. It is influenced by my training as a remedial massage therapist and my experience as a dedicated meditator.
It is versatile and has shown benefit for people dealing with pain and discomfort, stress and anxiety. It is also used by some as an introspective tool.
